Pricing & costs

Compare example account structures and understand every cost category that can affect a leveraged CFD position.

Displayed account terms are commercial placeholders and must be confirmed in final product specifications before launch. They are not a binding offer.

Total trading cost

Six costs to review before execution.

The final cost depends on account, instrument, position size, holding period, account currency, and market conditions.

01

Spread

The difference between buy and sell prices. It is paid implicitly when a position opens and varies by instrument and conditions.

02

Commission

A separate transaction charge on applicable account types or products. Check whether the figure is per side or round turn.

03

Overnight financing

A charge or credit that may apply when leveraged positions remain open across the daily rollover time.

04

Currency conversion

May apply when the instrument, profit, loss, or fee currency differs from the account base currency.

05

Market adjustments

Dividends, corporate actions, futures rollover, and other product events may create cash or price adjustments.

06

Execution difference

Slippage is not a fee, but it affects the actual trading outcome when a fill differs from the requested price.

Cost framework

Calculate the complete round trip.

General formula

Spread cost + opening commission + closing commission + financing ± conversion ± adjustments ± execution difference

Not every component applies to every trade. Obtain live instrument and account terms before calculating.

Why no fixed example?

A responsible worked example needs verified contract size, pip or point value, spread, commission basis, financing rate, currency conversion method, and holding time. Those final product terms are not yet present in this project, so an invented total would be misleading.

Funding & withdrawals

Understand the money movement, too.

01

Deposit methods

Available methods, currencies, limits, and processing times depend on jurisdiction, provider, and account verification.

02

Withdrawal route

Funds may need to return through the original method. Identity and source-of-funds checks can affect timing.

03

Third-party charges

A bank, card provider, wallet, or payment network may impose charges outside Wolf Markets’ control.

04

Base currency

Selecting an appropriate account currency can reduce—but not eliminate—conversion activity.

Final supported methods, internal charges, minimums, limits, currencies, and processing targets require operations and compliance confirmation.

Account selection

Choose by total cost and suitability.

Do not select an account only because it shows the lowest possible spread.

  1. 01

List the instruments and sessions you actually plan to trade.

  2. 02

Estimate transaction frequency and typical holding period.

  3. 03

Compare spread plus both sides of any commission.

  4. 04

Include financing and conversion for positions held across rollover.

  5. 05

Confirm the account’s minimum, eligibility, and jurisdictional availability.

  6. 06

Use position sizing that remains appropriate regardless of account tier.

Pricing FAQ

Clear answers about trading costs.

What does “spread from” mean?+

It is the lowest displayed example, not the spread available at all times. Actual spreads vary by instrument, liquidity, volatility, session, and account.

Is a zero spread trade free?+

No. A quoted spread of 0.0 may still involve commission, financing, conversion, slippage, or other applicable costs.

Is commission charged once?+

Commercial terms must specify whether commission is quoted per side or for the complete open-and-close transaction. The Raw example above is stated per side.

When is overnight financing charged?+

It may apply when a position remains open across the instrument’s rollover time. Rates and multi-day adjustments vary by product.

Can pricing change?+

Yes. Market spreads, financing, third-party charges, and commercial terms can change. Current product specifications govern.

Does a larger deposit reduce risk?+

No. Deposit size does not make leveraged trading safer. Risk depends on exposure, leverage, volatility, costs, and loss controls.

Important risk warning

CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. [XX]% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

Compare the complete cost—not one headline number.
